Cutest Gift Basket! - How to Wrap Fruits Creatively
What kind of gift wrapping do you imagine when you think of a fruits gift basket?
A basket filled with fruits, wrapped in cellophane wrap and decorated with ribbon? This fruits basket will be completely different from the ordinary style you might be imagining...it's got a lots of Minions inside the basket! All the fruits are turned into cute Minions and they can be all in different shapes, sizes and facial expressions just like the real ones.
Wrapping fruit's unique and curvy shape is not easy. I used non-woven soft paper (feels like felt) made with synthetic materials. The paper has the similar texture to the flower wraps, which doesn't wrinkle or tear easily, and can be able to wrap curvy shapes without difficulty. You can also use tissue paper and in that case, I recommend to close the top and bottom of the fruit by creating pleats or any other ways instead of twisting. I used regular clear tape to close the ends, but you can also use glue dots, glue gun, or other adhesives.
This is a fun project you can enjoy with children too, and for sure to put a smile on the receiver's face 😊
